Just chose a good photo with a high resolution and put it as a wallpaper. To do that right click your desktop and go to Properties. In Desktop tab click the Browse button and chose your photo. Click Apply and OK.

If you are wanting to know how to put a picture up as the wallpaper on your PC, you can do it two ways.
If the picture is out on the Internet, you can right click on the picture and select "Set as Wallpaper" and it will appear.
If you have the picture as a file on your computer, you can rightclick anywhere on your computer desktop (expect on top of an icon) and select Properties from the menu that appears.
Click on the Desktop tab
Click the Browse button and go to where you have the picture file saved
Select the picture (You should see it appear on the little picture of a computer in the Display Properties window. If you do not like the way it looks, you can use the Position and Color buttons to adjust the look. (You can also use these with Internet pictures from the first method)

Just choose an image that you've already saved or something that you find on the web, right click on the image and it should say "set as background". Click on that and you should have it as your wallpaper. You could also choose "properties" after that in order to select: center/tile/stretch from your desktop when you right click on it.

Just rightclick on a picture you like and then left click on set as wallpaper. Look at your desktop , it will be there. If you want to change your wallpaper, go to control panel and background, then highlight what one you want and then click ok then apply. done.

go into start, all programs, accesories, click on paint, make whatever you want, press file, click set as wallpaper(centered).
or just right click were nothing is, press properties, and go to backround.
