My computer is running slow. And all I can get out of it is "web proxy not configured" when i go to my device manager to see if it is the modem. I can surf the web but it is alot slower almost like im on dial up service. when i try to go to internet explorer it says page not found. Any help would be much appreciated.

Okay you see, this girl been accusing me of messaging her on a sn i do not even have and saying it is the same ip address. i'm in a college dorm so can other computers in the same network have the same ip address? i just find it weird i never even messaged her on this one sn but somehow it is the same ip address as me?
