I had that problem, too. Try going into whatever browser you're using (like IE or Firefox) and getting rid of your cookies...While this may be a hassle for awhile for all your other stuff (you'll have to build up your favorite cookies, again, and your browser won't remember some stuff you think you *wanted* it to remember...) it may just solve the problem of your being able to set up a hotmail account.

Are u trying for the one that is free? It seems to work everytime. I've never seen it do that but another place to get a email account is google or yahoo.
