im restoring my computer to factory settings and was wondering if there is any site similar to like photobucket to save whole files on??

yeah, there are a few, most of the free ones have a couple of Gigabyte limit though. Try these;

There are alot of file storange sites around some are limited to file size, you may be lucky to fine what u need if you google search it

If you fetch yourself a gmail userid you can use gmail as a place to store files
