Google's "crawler" periodically searches all web pages "in the known world" (on the internet) for keywords so that it can return search results when anyone types anything to be searched-for. Anything that that is on the internet can be accessed unless it is on a secure web page. When you Google something it just looks for those keywords anywhere on the internet. e.g My middle name Shervotny is very unusual, it is a derivation of the Russian name Chervony. When I type it in Google search bar the only thing that comes up is my Myspace page and the Vital Records from when I was born.

Google and yahoo, and all the rest of the search engines are public search engines, and they collect all the information they can, about everybody. If I put my user name in the search engine, lots of things will come up. That will happen with your real name also. That is, if you have a telephone, and they can put your phone number up on the site..So, it's just not you, everybody has information on there..you can contact the search engines, and ask them to remove it, and they usually will..good luck..

google doesn't do that. what is happening is google found that username on someone elses website. the person that owns the web site put it on their page. google just found it there like you told it to when you put it in the search form. you obviously don't understand the role of a search engine. it only finds wht you tell it to.
