I know of some web-hosting companies who act as if they are 'global' companies which no phone or SMS contacts are entertained. Only emails are encouraged. However, when we sent emails, only 50% of the chance we get replies. If do, sometimes can come as long as few days later. Any comments? Is this the norm?

Hello again friends!!! I did not make it clear.I'm not just looking for my credit report.I'm looking for everything there is about me in this world.I want to know what the world knows about me and why.The who,what when and where.so to speek.I want my history from birth to know.School, birth,car,work,jail,etc.ALL HISTORY.If thay have it I want it. I'm looking for a name for my new productions company. We make videos (internet virals) and, because we're about to get big, we need a name that isn't taken (www._________.com needs to be UNregistered, and not found on google.) I had a connectivity problem and the Cox tech did something to my browser settings--now MSN is my default home page and I have done everything I know of to change it--went to Tools/ Internet Options/General/Home Page and deleted MSN, reset it to Yahoo.com and even tried to set it at "Blank". MSN will not give up! I know what I'm doing with the Tools setting--perhaps there is some more advanced setting that needs to be changed?
