is there any way to stop the gmail emails that say "you have no events scheduled today?"?

i keep getting these emails and i do not know exactly where to cancel the option or setting that makes it happen (if you can in fact do it).

When you were playing around with the Google Calendar, you turned the feature on that sends Email reminders to Gmail.

Open the Google Calendar and, in the settings, find and un-check the appropriate box.

he s not asking to stop all notifications, just that annoying one when there are no events scheduled today.
