when I click on cetain pages they won't open. some of the games won't open either. How can I fix this?

My guess is that you dont have all the proper software downloads, like java, adobe reader, media player, etc..
Most are on Microsoft.com...Others you will have to enter the name in your web browser and go from there.
You might try this first...whatever you cant get into, just enter that in your web browser IE: how do I get into....etc

You may have to install active control or something like it. Look around for warnings also make sure there are no pop up blockers on.
