When online users visit our web site and try to load our 3d models they usually dislike installing the special plug-in required for 3D product view presentation? Please, tell us how we can solve the given problem?

Give them a choice of plugins or just show them front and side views by clicking, mouse over or slide show. Handling the various 3d formats requires plugins and failure to have them cripples the experience but reduces the risk of downloading something stupid.
