Good luck! Unless you go to each website owner where you find your name, and get the owner of the "document" to purge that document, you're sort of out of luck. That's why many folks use obfuscated nicknames in forums nowadays...I used to use something like my name and realized what a dolt I was! I've since gone and eliminated all those old nicknames and gotten new ones. So kick me.
...as the saying goes, never put anything online you wouldn't want posted on a billboard...

I do not know about remove but do like I do put un old number from your area and put it there????? hope this helps a little?
