Why are the layouts of the US and Uk keyboards different if they use the same keys. I only notice that the Poud Sterling symbol is not present in the uk keyboards but all the other keys are. Why is this????

i go into italy chat rooms, or even in italiano chat-----and all the people who pm me, or at least the majority----arn't italian and/or speak no italian at all. they're from india, phillipines, pakistan, or here in the usa-----

im just curious why people go in there when they dont speak a work, or even know what "ciao" means.......................i dont get it-----

i dont go into the japanese chat, or whereever-----i go to practice the language, not continually ask, over & over............what are u doing in here???

is their anyway to find out who someone is by their ip address? i looked on whois.arin.net and all i get is the name of the internet company their info.

If you see Windows Live Mail, and the new Yahoo Mail interface, so nice, so dinamic, you realise Gmail team is sleeping, because also there is a lack of very basic functions there (like a little windows to your contacts in the "compose" windows). When will Gmail wake up and realise if they don't do something to improve, will loose their users?

Please don't say the internet connection because I have a fast connection and there's no way I could fix it if it was broken. I'm talking about my computer. I have a fast computer with a fast internet connection, yet it seems to do everyone on the internet slow. Even just opening an Internet Explorer window and going to www.yahoo.com takes five seconds or more. No, I don't have peer to peer file sharing running. No, I'm not sharing my internet connection with a router. Something is wrong with my computer.

So, you know the pop ups that say "You've just won a free _____"? Well, I heard about this one that actually works for winning this free gizmo thing. So I put in my address and phone number, email, etc. on a whim. It turned out to be another one of those scams. I can't believe I did something so stupid! Please help me with damage control.
