but assuming you are talking about an internet filter
if it is server side, you have no access to it
so your only options are a proxy
either download mozilla firefox and configure your own proxy
or try
proxify.com
myproxy.us
ftunnel.com

break into the schools server and change them or reset the computer but this is probably linked to a warning system and you will get caught
