Before you say anything I don't know anything about ports, tunneling, torrents, etc. Please start from the start! I need to know step by step as most internet proxy sites assume some level of knowledge, whereas I know nothing.

It's a high speed unsecured wireless connection through a proxy with all P2P and torrents blocked. I'm using a pretty new desktop with a wireless card separately installed.

Is one website only have one cookie? If I open a website once, it has the special cookie from the website, right? But how if I open the same website at a different computer? Will the cookie from that same website be the same? What is the relation between cookie and IP address and host?

I sold a coat on ebay for 35.00 but the buyer wasnt responding ot my emails and so after 5 days i relisted it for a 1 day auction. Now though 8 hours before end of auction the person has written to me saying their computer crashed and they will pay for the item. My problem is that I can't end the relisted item because there is less than 12 hours, and I want to sell to the original person as I am sure I won't get as high a bid again.
What can I do?
Also I can't add a message to te description as you can;t do that if there is less than 12 hours either.
Help!

I need to get internet in my basement but my internet provider wont do it. I am also having the same problem with cable. My provider will not put cable in my basement because it looks like an apartment. I know how to split the cable lines to get cable down there but I am not sure how it can get internet down there. Please help!!!
