I was online this morning Christmas shopping, and I want to delete the website's I was on so my teenagers and husband are clueless as to their gifts.... How do I erase the web addresses in the toolbar??? Any help please!!!

I am in USA zip code 10925 and am helping a friend set up a multi-purpose link to the internet, handle voice telephone communications, and also be able to do credit/debit card transaction processing, maintain their website, etc. all through one link up which me guessing, will probably turn out to be a cable link up. Verizon access is available as well as satellite. Note: dial up service via the phone company (Verizon) is too slow. We want to also stay away from Verizon if at all possible due to past bad experiences.
Can anyone recommend the proper configuration by cable, telephone, or satellite supplier (company) and the related monthly costs and if any contract is needed? Also, what specific equipment is needed? They already have a PC.

I have gotta give an essay abt solar system....i can search from net. Any1 knowing a gud website for this???? Then plzz post ur answer here...i have websites like google nad wikipidia and etc etc .....but i want something new. Therefore plzzz if u know any very nice and interesting website then do tell me.

It's like MySpace has a limit to how many friends I can have. My profile says I have 88 friends but when I open my friends list it says that I have 79 friends. Whenever I add a new friend another friends picture dissappears. I can still post comments about the friend and access their friends only stuff. Does anyone know what's going on?

My job requires me to use the internet and seek info regarding numerous topics. My employer (a rather large corporation) uses the ISP that ex-wife from hell works at.

I am having numerous problems signing in and frequently receive error messages.

Could these problems be due to ex watching my internet activity, or just that she works for a cruddy company?

How can I prove that she is internet stalking?

When I load any webpage, certain words are double underlined by something called RX search. It opens up a new browser window for searching said word. This only happened when I updated my version of Windows IE. This feature is making it impossible for me to bid on item on eBay.

What is so bad about AOL that people give it negativity? Maybe I am not knowing all the facts. I like most of the stuff AOL has to offer but it worries me that I am missing something. I currently use the free service since my main supplier of high internet speed is Cox.
