You can't. If it is blocked, you cannot acces it...plain and simple. If you do find a way to get around the block (proxy site, etc.), you risk getting detention, suspended and even expelled. If you access a web site that is blocked, you are violating the Internet Usage Agreement you agreed to before you began using the computers at your school. You can even be fined and possibly arrested.
