If you don't know how to do the research this means you aren't smart enough to understand the security reasons that sites like MySpace are being blocked. There's no reason to view these sites at school. You're using their equipment and their bandwidth. That means it's their call what they want you to see. Abide by your Terms of Service agreement and save those sites for when you're at home or at the library.

If you are able to, go on Tools > Connections > LAN Settings then untick the Proxy boxes. You'll then be surfing off of the proxy and possible be able to access myspace. Hope this helped.

but if you are trying to unblock it from school i am pretty sure whatever they are using to block they will block any proxy web site you use but enjoy it till it last

or go to tools-->internet options--->connections--->lan settings and unclick automaticly and click on proxy server and type in www.proxyvan.com but make sure that when you are done to undo everything you just did

Admin access to the computer and you can unblock any site.
My guess is it's blocked for a reason.
