When you type in Website addresses into the URL (Uniform Resource Locator) they're automatically saved in your cache (pronounced "cash") for further viewing later, so you won't have to type them over again. In order to clear them out you can click on Tools>Internet Options>Delete Browsing History and that will clear the entire cache out. I'm using the new Internet Explorer 7, so if some people are still on IE 6 it should still be performed the same way. Also make sure to delete the cookies, temporary Internet files, passwords and the SSL state as well.

If you are talking about the sites you have visited, that is the history. If using IE or whatever browser just open it and click on clear history. You can also go into the directory and go to the history folder and delete any sites that you have visited. But you will also have cookies that need to be deleted if you are trying to keep anyone from knowing what sites you have visited.
