Cut: To remove/delete the words or passage from that particular space. Same function as ' Backspace ' and ' Delete ' key.

Copy: To copy is to make the same passage or words to be in another space or location.

Paste: To paste is to make the file you copied to appear at that space or location.

Overall: If you want to move certain passages or words to another location like a email, you do not have to use Cut.Copy and paste will do.

1st: highlight the passage or words then right click and press Copy.
Next,as you want to make the passage or words appear in your message.you compose the message then right click on the message box and press paste.
Then it's all done!

Piece of cake.

In fact, when I compose a lengthy e-mail and want to take the time to proofread or add/delete before sending, I open a Word document. Give it a name and save. Edit. When you are sure you are finished, use Control+A to select the whole file, then right-click and "copy."

Open your e-mail and, in the message box, right-click and "paste."

copy is to copy the file or url etc .
cut is to cut the file .this will remove the file .paste is to place the file into a location that you select ..

make a new folder on your desktop .
find a file eg:a picture /copy that picture and paste into the new folder /open the folder to see if it has worked ..

different than what ... kiiirsten :) reported. you need to use the final click technique. i like this extra suitable. You spotlight a text cloth precise click on it and then click on reproduction or shrink. After which you will circulate the place you opt for the text cloth, and then precise click lower back. that's the place you progression the cursor to stick and it will paste what you have copied or shrink out. 2 diverse approaches it basically certainly relies upon on what you prefer to do.

in otrdet o copy u can use shortcut key Ctrl+C...
For paste u can use shortcut key Ctrl+V
for cut u can use shortcut key Ctrl+X...

once u use copy command, u can copy whatever u selected somewhere else...
if u use cut command, ur selected file or whatever u selected will disappear from that location and when u paste it somewhere else it will appear in its new location...
peace nd good luck
