In the Date line of the incoming address of an E-Mail coming from overseas you have the Day- date- Time - 0700 (PDT) what does the 0700 (PDT) mean??? It cannot mean Pacific Daylite Time. It is from several countries and all different times of the day and night.

Paramount Pictures contacted my ISP (Adelphia) because I was "stealing" films. With a proxy server, it masks my IP and disguises it with the IP of the proxy server. When I go to sites that display my IP address, rather than being my actual IP it is disguised. Will film companies/music corporations be able to see where I'm downloading from? I'm looking for someone who can build a website, host a website, all the works.

I have no clue what I'm doing at this point but I need a site for my business.

I do have something in mind though.... This girl's boyfriend did all her php and it's such a simple layout. (it's obviously under construction right now, but it's just an example of the simplicity behind it.)

I recently cleaned my computer out, scanning for virus', running ad-ware and cleaning out my cookies. Well after that happened, when i went to visit Old navy, the above keeps happening. I know someone before me asked this question, i tired all that was suggested for that person but no luck. Please help, i am only trying to check my account.
