Use your ATM card... (called a debit card)
If you have a bank account, you can get an ATM card through your bank...
you can use your ATM card like a credit card over the net (it's a check card though, not CREDIT)
;-)
Hope this helps
...
If you do not have a bank account THEN GET ONE, there is no other way to get on EBay without one (I mean heck how you gonna pay for stuff if you don't have a bank account LOL?!)

You can register for free at the ebay site and get a user name and a password. Its only when you make a purchase through this site, then you need to pay by using your credit card. There are also other methods of payment for those who do not have credit card. For example, through draft, cheque and paisapay.
Once you register for free, go to their "Payment Options" link and you can find all the details therein.
Happy e-bay-ing !

Get a bank account with a check card. They are usually free of charge anymore. Put a few bucks in this account to keep it active. Then only put the money in there when wanting to make a purchace. The check card acts just like a credit card. And Poof...you are on e-bay.

You can also use a non anonymous email address to set up a buying account and that doesn't require a credit card or a debit card.
If you plan on selling, then you should add a debit/credit card or a checking account.
You can also use a service called ID Verify as noted on the eBay site and that will help to authenticate who you are and allow you to use their services.
Love as always,
Sebastian

Get a prepaid credit card. You can get it from Radioshack or check cashing stores. A prepaid has nothing to do with credit cause all your doing is spending your own money. It's just like any other prepaid card. Radioshack has mastercard prepaids and they are reloadable. You can use it everywhere mastercard is accepted.
