Go to add and remove programs and remove IE7Beta2 from the program list. You should then be reverted back to IE6.

Just uninstall IE7 and reinstall IE6.

After you do that upgrade to IE7B3,,,, most all the bugs worked out on this one. If you have trouble uninstalling,,, go to Microsoft's IE7 Beta test site, there is a phone # listed to call for free tech support. Here go to this link.

well.. unfortunately.. there's no way to uninstall IE 7.. beta 2 ,,(beta 3 is available now)... so system restore is only the way.. if you're using windwos XP
