everytime i try to go to oldnavy.com it gives me a cookie failure alert thing...?

I recently cleaned my computer out, scanning for virus', running ad-ware and cleaning out my cookies. Well after that happened, when i went to visit Old navy, the above keeps happening. I know someone before me asked this question, i tired all that was suggested for that person but no luck. Please help, i am only trying to check my account. In addition to that i keep getting Line 169 Error: permission denied for this site too.

in IE, go to tools, internet options, in security set all to default, in privacy set all to default
