I purchased a new laptop. It came with an external tv tuner and remote. I am wondering if I should replace it with an internal tv tuner. Which is better?

You bought a laptop that does not have an internal Tv tuner, so the only way to get an internal TV tuner is to buy a laptop which already has one built in.
External will work just as well, actually. it might be a little bottlenecked on video capture depending on the laptop specs but other than that external will be great.

Built-in tv tuner:
Pros: Save you a little space, Cheaper than Extenral tv tuner
Cons: Must start up computer before Watching TV（Using few Rams and Electricity）
External tv tuner (non-USB tv tuner):
Pros: touch(tuner) and watch(Laptop LCD/LCD), easy to install and take apart.
Cons: take a little space

that one is fine, but internal ones are better. i'd just keep the one you got.
