In the Date line of the incoming address of an E-Mail coming from overseas you have the Day- date- Time - 0700 (PDT) what does the 0700 (PDT) mean??? It cannot mean Pacific Daylite Time. It is from several countries and all different times of the day and night.

PDT -- Pacific Daylight Time. The time when the server received the e-mail and if that server is on US West Coast, probably like Yahoo's!

Your ISP times it when it came to you, or when it entered thier servers. PDT does mean Pacific Daylight Time, 0700 is 7am.
