I'm looking for someone who can build a website, host a website, all the works.
I have no clue what I'm doing at this point but I need a site for my business.
I do have something in mind though.... This girl's boyfriend did all her php and it's such a simple layout. (it's obviously under construction right now, but it's just an example of the simplicity behind it.)
Can anyone help?

As a starter, you can go to Geocites and build a quick webpage for free. This will at least get you up and running while you shop for a page builder.

i will be able to do the work and i will charge only a minimum rate only as low as $5 per page. or 0.1$ per 10 lines of code which ever will be lesser for you. please chose something above this bcoz more money generates more interest. i will do the work in php or perl whichever is available on your server. you can try my site at http://storyera.110mb.com

it wasn't real smart of you to mention that you have no clue about this. now they will take advantage of you. it's always best to make them think you know more than you do.
