Ok i made a free website at www.freewebs.com and i was thinking about paying for a domaine name but,, i was thinking that it would look Unprofessional so I was wondering if they sold anything at the store like a software that is easy to use and I came make the website very professional and cool looking so do they sell anything like a website creator and be able to have my own domain name

I hav not been scammed, nor do I know anyone who has, but the amount of spam that is from these criminals, combined with TV reports says that people ARE, indeed, losing money because of greed, ignorance or both. Here are some very easy things to keep in mind:
1. If you did not enter, you cannot win, anything
2. If you are being contacted for legitimate prizes, they KNOW YOUR NAME already, you gave it when you entered
3. Businesses do nt have trouble cashing checks
5. ATM cards are not issued with the PIN given to you in an email
6. The ONLY money one would have to pay, as a result of winning, is the tax on the retail value. This is collected by the Government
7. ABSOLUTELY NO RANDOM EMAIL LOTTERY EXISTS!
8. BUSINESSES DO NOT ANONOMOUSLY HIRE FINANCIAL OFFICERS OR COLLECTION AGENTS
8. NO AFRICAN EMAIL THAT PROMISES YOU $$ IS LEGITIMATE, NO MATTER HOW OFFICIAL THEY TRY TO APPEAR
9. Official correspondence rarely, if ever, has mis-spelled words

I have two older desktop PCs both with one HD each. I want use them together in one desktop, one as a master and one as a slave. One HD is 10 GB and has a W2K OS and the other is 20 GB and has 98SE OS and files I need to keep. Each of these HD’s work as masters in separate computers, but I want to make the 10GB HD with W2K the master, and the 20GB HD with 98SE the slave in the PC that originally had the 20GB HD with 98SE as the master. When I do this I receive the Blue screen stating something about "If this is the first time you've received this message...and run CHKDSK \F". Also, the 10GB HD won’t work as a Single HD in the PC that originally used the 20GB HD as the master. Any thoughts as to why the 10GB won’t work as the master. Sorry for the confusion.

I have a maxtor 500gb external harddrive and it was plugged into the computer when i was renewing windows on my pc, i deleted all the partitions that were what i thought that was the pc and unfortunately i deleted the external harddrive patition, so i couldnt use the harddrive then, i found a piece of software called patition magic so i can atleast use it again but all my stuff is gone, life is hell withought it, can anyone help me recover my stuff back that is lost???

Printer showed color cartridge out, got cartridge refilled. Still shows color cartridge out of ink. Have turned off/on printer and rebooted computer. Still shows color cartridge out of ink. I know its full.

I've got an ATI Radeon X300 card with my primary monitor connected via VGA and a TV via the Yellow out. I've gotten this to work before when using the SVideo out but it's not working this time for some reason. When I click on the second monitor on the Settings tab of the Display Properties dialog and click the "Extend my desktop..." then apply nothing happens to the second display and the "Extend..." option becomes unchecked.

I am wanting to purchase a laptop here in about 1-2 months but, I have no idea what to look for. I need to get a hp or dell because I get a discount on them through my company. I would like to keep it under $1500 and I will be using it mostly for work, everyday use and, I also like to play the sims. I would want it to have a dvd burner as well. The problem is I have no idea what type of ram/ hard drive/ processor to look for or, how much of each I would need for what I wanting to use the laptop for. HI, when i set my computer up and added a few external disk drives, xp labled them F,G,I ect.. Since then I needed to use a camera card and the order of the drives was altered by Windows. So the computer now calls the F drive H, the H drive G and so on. This is problematic since the host programs I use thinks that the F drive is still F (even though it is now called G) and then cannot find the program. In certain cases the program doesn't allow me to find and link the files I need, making the program useless. I would like to restore the order of my drives . How do I do this?

I know the basics of MouseOver and Out functions such as moving your cursor to the link to create alerts on the bottom of the browser changing text color or backgrounds but how do I use this code for when I put the cursor on some words and actual text and pics appear. ok i am now currnetly on my grandpas computer at his house, i live in rougemont and have just yesterday reset my computer to factory shipped condition, ok, youre with me now, ok so i have a linksys G wireless adapter that is on when i plug it into my computer and i cant get internet becasue i lost the setup cd, people have said go to the linksys website but how can i when i cant get on the internet at my computer. the answers about using a blank disc to download the files onto the disk were good but i dont know how to do that. But anyways i just need to know a good answer so i can get back on the web. and the windows wireless configuration tool doesnt do **** so dont say use that, ive never used it but im sure it qouldnt work. but just give me a solid answer and just tell me how i can get the intenet back on my computer, i really need it badly

I have win vista home premium and it crashes all the time. Mostly it will lock up when I play a movie or music of any format. After it locks up it will give me a blue screen (which I have no time to read cause its up only for a few seconds before it reboots). It also has locked up several times in yahoo music & other programs I use lock up. I have a brand new system with nothing added to it but yahoo messanger and win updates (important only). yet it still crashes. even when i use the dvd maker it will crash. all in all vista sucks and im ready to buy a mac just to boycott microsoft, but before I do that I would like to try and fix vista. any ideas or help will be greatly appreciated....
