Ok all of you judging-I realize that she did a stupid thing! The picture is down and no longer posted. The problem is not the person who's picture it is, it is the psycho guy trying to track her down. She has stopped talking to him and he is trying to find her. Can he get her in trouble for this?

It's against the rules. She could theoretically be sued by the person whose pic she used, although that's doubtful. She needs to take the darn pic down, it's unethical.

I cant imagine that anyone would use someone else's picture. All of her friends know that this is not her and are probably laughing at her. She just needs to take the picture down and end the relationship. He probably wont ever know that the picture wasnt her. How did she expect to ever meet someone in person if she was using a fake picture

If someone contacts Myspace the picture will be erased and she might be kicked off of Myspace. The same thing happened to me...someone stole pictures off my Myspace of kids in my family.
