im setting up the Vonage phone service and we've been having some difficulties with the audio. I'm on the phone with advance tech support now and we need my modems (speedstream 5360) USERNAME and PASSWORD however he and i have both beenunable to find one for it.

IF YOU KNOW THE USERNAME AND PASSWORD FOR THE SPEEDSTREAM 5360 MODEM, PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS QUESTION!! please please please

I have dual core AMD processors, and AMD owns ATI, I've heard, so should I buy an ATI graphics card? Kind of like how routers work better with components of the same company? I have a crap integrated Nvidia and it can't run my games too well, so I was hoping to buy a new graphics card. So should I get a Nvidia or an ATI card?

Mac users keep saying Windows Vista is an ENTIRE copy of Mac OS X and I would love to hear how the ENTIRE OS is a copy of mac.

As far as I'm concerned the Mac users are just jealous because they make up a small percentage of the computer market. How come if a new Mac OS comes out then no one has anything to say but if a new Windows OS comes out, then they are always looking for it's flaws.

I mean why does it even matter for mac users. Why are they worried about windows users and their OS if they don't even use windows???

But I'm curious, I would love to hear why Mac fans say ALL of Windows Vista is a Mac OS copy when I know for a fact that it's not.

actually when i bought computer there was no earthing in my house that time my pc use to generate current after few days my SMPS also gone now when i have connected earthing neither it generate current nor blink after couple of month again it started blinking quite fastly and not generating current.tell me what should i do????????/

i have lost the activation key for windows xp home edition.
i have a hp computer but i got a dell reinstallation disk from my old computer my hard drived crashed and i had to get a new hard drive. when i installed the windows xp home you need a activation key but i lost it. what should i do i have tried everything i have called dell and hp and microsoft. i dont have the money to buy a new program need help bad dont know what to do can any one help me i cant call dell because they ask for my sevice tag but i got rid of my dell computer so that dosent work.hp wont help me. and the magic bean key finder dosent not ether. what sould i do help plez any way to find it on the cd or somthing.

I use the free addition of AVG Anti-virus and Spydoctor. Usually in the instructions for all the anti-malware programs its given that you should scan the computer regularly using them. So how often does regularly means? I usually end up scanning everyday or the other day. Can scanning a lot have any affect on my hard drive or other components?

In normal mode, everything is fine. It's a Dell Inspiron E1705. In safe mode, when I close the lid, screen is black so I have to restart my laptop to see things normally. Several months ago, Dell tech told me that they will replace the motherboard and the LCD display. But I wasn't in USA. Now that I'm back in USA, I called Dell and a tech told me that it's not hardware but software problem. He made me do a repair on XP but it didn't solve the problem. Then he proposed me to reinstall XP! I told him that I have many professional programs on my laptop and it would take me too much time to reinstall all the programs, configure them, and the datas.
So I said no. Then after the XP repair, I lost 1 day to do windows updates and to fix a few programs that didn't work anymore.
What do you think? is it a hardware or software problem? should I leave it like that or do something else?
