I suspect such people are insane, not jealous. Vista has been in development for years before OS X even came out. Both have their flaws, and some are rather dramatic. It's mostly a matter of personal preference really. To paraphrase Hume, Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Mac apologists are just conceited, not superior.

Several years ago, grasshopper ... when MS first released Windoze ... it was clear that they had done their best to not only copy - but steal - several features from the existing Mac OS.
The fact that they were SUED by Apple - and PAID Apple millions to settle the lawsuit! - kinda tells you that they knew what they had done. But they also knew that they could never survive unless they did it. So it was worth a few of Bill's millions.
Ever since, as each successive version of both OSs has been released, what you get with Windoze is about four or five years BEHIND what Apple has already done!
Vista, for example, is a really poor, virus magnet, variation on Apple's Panther ... which is now four generations old!
The reason you'll hear few complaints when Apple releases a new OS is that IT WORKS!
Oh, and that snide little comment about "small percentage of the computer market." Guess what laptop now commands almost HALF of the American college market. Apple's MacBook! with 45.8%.
The simple truth is - everybody now knows that the GUI interface is the way to go. Apple did it years before MS did it.
And they continue to lead the way. They did it first. They did it better. And they continue to do so.
But, hey! If you're happy driving a Yugo with four flat tires ... bless you, my child.

Well, a lot of the new "eye candy" in Vista was first available in Mac OSX.
I would venture to say that it's not an exact copy of OSX, but it's nice try. As OSX is a thousand times more stable than Vista and can run on old hardware. My 7 year old PowerMac G4 runs Leopard like a champ.
The fact of the matter is that Microsoft due to their marketing plan of "let's rush a product to market and make a lot of money and we'll fix the problems later", they make themselves prone to the criticism for having flaws in their system. Apart from that they haven't YET adopted some of the foundational principles that are taught in the first years of computer programming. And that's to have your OS and your software running completely separate of each other, so if one goes down, they both won't go down. Apple adopted this YEARS ago, hence why their systems are the most stable consumer grade computer availble without going to Linux (which is just as stable since OSX and Linux are essentially running on the same core).
And, Microsoft is about 5 years behind in the game. Fact is Apple drives the computer industry because they are innovators and early adopters of new technology.
Windows is fine by me. I won't have it in my home, but I have to use it at work, so I just suck it up and suffer for 8 hours a day. When I ran windows, 20+ years of my life, I had computer problems galore! I spent equally as much time troubleshooting random problems as I did actually doing stuff on my computers. Ever since I bought my Macs... have not had that problem at all. It's never crashed once in 7 years, not had a single virus... Will never go back. Microsoft has wasted all of my time that they're going to get.
So yeah... with that said, it's not an exact copy, but it's obvious that they did "borrow" some ideas... like Apple's Dashboard and widgets to name one.

i think of MAC OS is greater appropriate, one likes abode windows in basic terms becauses he's used to of its interface .. in case you're used to of MAC you will definately like it. anyhow, i even have finished a examine at Graduate point and found out that Linux replaced into greater appropriate in interface than abode windows, matters have been the scholars who do no longer understand abode windows and Linux. so some distance as i will guess you're no longer a tech-savvy person, so viruses could be a brilliant difficulty for you, i visit nevertheless propose to choose for MAC OS. this is safer too.

No, your question is based on "Zero" experience of OS X. Go to any Apple store and try OS X yourself and ask lots of questions.
Then, re-post when you know enough to ask an intelligent question, without preconceived notions.
BTW, OS X Tiger came out before Vista, so who copied who???
