I used an image as a background and now it's all blurry, how can I get rid of it?

You should be able to just click on it and hit the delete key.

If you're having trouble selecting it, the problem is very likely that it's behind the other stuff that you have layered on top. To fix this, click on the item that's on top, then right-click to pull up the context-sensitive menu. From there, go to Order, and then Send To Back. Continue doing this until the background image is selectable. Select it and hit the delete key. Your other items should then be in the same order they were originally placed in.
