How do i make the Explorer Stop Displaying this?

I need to reinstall Microsoft Office on my laptop. I had it until I took my laptop to the shop due to a virus. I have the XP professional disk. Is Office, or something similar, on the XP Professional disk? If yes, how do I use the disk to load it? Thanks a bunch all!

i just made a video for my english class and its due tomorrow. we finished and it looks GREAT! but now i have a problem..we made the project in windows movie maker, so the file is windows movie maker project or something weird like that. i need to change that to somehting (lie .wmv or .wav or whatever) so i can email it or burn it to a cd or post it. how do i do that??

Ok, I teach this girl guitar. I want something that i can put in her grades. I also want to be able to put in the percentages and then the program will automatically average all of them. I really don't want to use Microsoft because I don't have that kind of money. You know how the schools have a powerschool, if there is a site that I can use that I can put that there without distorting the whole grade sheet. My school has this program on the internet called "powerschool" and they put the grades on there. How can I do that, please stay away from Microsoft stuff, unless you can find something on the internet that I can get it for free. Please, if you don't have anything, don't say "sorry, there is no way to do that". Just tell me if there is a way to do it. I am also going to be teaching her typing and grammar and maybe spelling, is there a way that I don't have to have all of these icons on my desktop, is there going to be a way where I can just switch within this program??????

I have ATT DSL and everytime i turn on the comptuer I have to sign in.....otherwise I wouldn't be able to access the internet....since it is DSL isn't supposed to already be connected....will this affect my wireless router?? help

What in the world is Java Web start.../.java... and what do I need them for... If I delete them what will I be facing on my machine? We have a webpage and I want to do some simple updates (just changing some text on a few pages). I have found the file, it's a .asp. So far we have been downloading them and have edited them with Notepad, but it's hard to read.

I was wondering if there is a simple freeware editor that would make it easier to update the .asp files, maybe there is a WYSIWYG type program? Or any other suggestions? We're not experts on this, so it's gotta be pretty simple. Much appreciated.

I'll be doing the update from a notebook with Windows XP.

i wll be getting a

22 inch samsung monitor for my 360

a dynex hdmi to dvi cable

and isignia speakers

i was wondering is this the way i would set it up

connect the big end of the hdmi to dvi cable to the 360 the smaller end to the monitor. then connect the speakers to the monitor. is that how it will work will i need to connect my speakers to my 360 also or just the monitor and since im getting the extra speakers will the speakers pick up the sound of the hdmi to dvi cable

that exploded were also used by just about every other major computer manufacturer, including that much heralded Toshibas? I just wondered if anyone else out here knew that, because I keep hearing over and over and over again how Toshibas are better for this reason, even though they used the same batteries, and did a recall of there own. And since NO ONE uses the batteries anymore, why do people keep bringing this issue up over and over and over again?

I wanted to purchase a Saitek Pro Flight System to make Flight Simulator X a little more realistic. The problem is where ever i find it online the shipping and handling or the price is way over priced. I have a wireless lynksis router and wanted to give it to my cousin which lives in another state. However, when i went to install it wouldn't let me....i keep seeing my wireless network. How can i erase the old wireless network so he can set up a new one? Can this be done?

I can open up the CD drives but there's no signal to the moniter. The keyboard doesn't come on either. I replaced the power supply about a year ago. What could be wrong. i dont really remember how this spyware got into my PC but certainly it was when i was connected to the internet. it was i think a week before. at first i thought there was nothing when suddenly, a message appears saying i have a spyware on my PC and that i should download a spyware remover. however, friend told me that it's the spyware itself that keeps on poppong up telling me that message. i wouldn't have mind if it only shows up everytime i oepn my computer but then it's like every two minutes. it really is annoying esepecially when i'm working on something important. and then i also keep seeing ads about spyware removers. i just couldn't trust these sites. help please. . . . .thanks.
