download Belarc Advisor - it will tell you just anything about yr computer - both hardware AND software
run it - yr memory info is third item from the top on the right side - memory modules

Start-Control panel-System-in the general tab look at the bottom where it will tell you how much ram you have

go to start,control panel,then preformance and maintance,then click system,when the screen comes up it will tell you how much ram you have.

go to start menu. click run then type dxdiag. it will display the ram you're using includung the shared to your video.

Right-click "my computer" left-click "properties" it will show what memory you have minus whatever youre using for any onboard graphics you may have.
