i enterd the wrong pin 3 times on my comdata card while at the atm machine can i try again. NOW I HVE #?

If it gave you your card back you should be able to use it now that you have the pin number. Many ATM's will keep the card after 3 incorrect tries. If it has locked your account you will have to call the company that issued the card and have them reset the pin number.
