I need help with this printer?

Ok i have a lexmark 1150,Im trying to print but nothing comes out every time i print i only see black little lines
IS there something wrong with the printer?
Is there something wrong with the ink?
Ive never had this problem before until now
can someone please help me

Hi. That is a sign of clogged jets. Try a "Clean printer head" in your Lexmark control program. The ink may be too low. If this fails try a new cartridge.

Try a new cartridge, if that doesn't work it may be dirty heads. Run the cleaning program, if you have one.
