right click start menu>click explore>go to tools menu
except where is the tools menu in the window that comes up?? a screen shot wud be helpful.

I don't think it's supposed to be there. It's not there on mine.
If you are trying to get to the TOOLS without actively running Internet Explorer, you need to click on SETTINGS from the Start button.
Then click on CONTROL PANEL, then INTERNET OPTIONS.

At the top of the screen in between favorites and help.

this relies upon thoroughly on her maintanance factor. If she's very spendy and needy and likewise you're recieving no longer something useful (mentally or actual) lower back in flow lower back from her, than no, she's no longer good worth it.

right at the TOP left side of the screen--it is the 5th item, and it comes right after FAVORITES, and before HELP.

if your looking for tool such as defrag, scandisk and etc..., click on "start", "all programs", "accessories", "system tools".
