I will try to explain it as clear as I can. This is what i need the formula to work out:

If (F1) is between ($0 and $100,000) and (D1) is equal to or larger than (E1) then = yes (yes in big green letters, else 'no' in big red letters)

the D1, E1, and F1 cells will have dollar amounts in them.

What i also need if for the range to change in incriments as well:
0-100000,100000-150000,150000-300000,300000-550000,550000-900000,900000-1500000

Any help will be much appreciated!

When designing complex drawings in a CAD program, and sending them to a CNC machine to cut the design patterns out, what program could be used to clean the drawings up like removing overlapping lines and lines that are too small and etc... before they go out onto a CNC machine?

I have to read an PDF attachment from a website and every time I open it on to word, there's just a bunch of characters...I don't get why it's not working but I need to get it working ASAP...any help would be *GREATLY* appreciated! also, would it help if I restarted my computer or would I still run into the same problem?

My 7950gt is running way too hot out of the box, and I'm looking into some aftermarket coolers for the card. The thing is: I don't have any extra plugs on my mobo for another fan.

Is it possible to just plug the new vga fan into the old fan plug on the video card? Some of the fans had pics of the product plugging into the mobo.

I'm still a bit new to all of this. Thank you!

I purchased this light https://www.thinkgeek.com/computing/pcmods/5b60/ that is powered from a PC power supply via 4pin molex, but I just wanted to plug the light directly into the wall. I didnt realize it was powered thru the PC when I bought it.

that they DO NOT have to reformat a drive when there is a small problem such as a virus? All anyone needs to do is to run the spyware and anti-virus programs in safe mode to keep the virus/malware/trojans from hiding in a running application.

Also when someones computer starts to run slow, the first thing everyone says is to reformat the drive, this is unnecessary, and leads to other problems like drivers not being updated.
the 2 best things to start with is to go to START>RUN and type in %temp% and delete everything found there, then go back into the RUN command and type in prefetch and again delete everything there.

It's that time for me again to upgrade my PC as slow as my pocket can take me.
I'm currently running a Pentium 4 3.2GHz processor with only a gig of ram which I'm planning to increase to 2 before my graphics upgrade.
My current graphics card is a XFX GeForce Fx5200 128MB AGP.
I've got my eye on the XFX GeForce 7600GT 256MB AGP.
Is this a wise choice, or could I get something better for the money (around £85)?

My friend got an older laptop from a relative today, a Dell Latitude running Windows 98 se. It had worked fine for a while. He was using it to type a paper today, and walked away from it for a second. The computer went into standby, and when he moved the mouse to bring it out, it prompted him to register for Windows, and for an OEM. It has been registered for years. Why would it suddenly ask for the info? It was a refurbished laptop, so he doesn't even have the number. What can we do to be able to use it again, short of putting another copy of Windows in? Okay here's the problem..There's this website that keeps appearing like every five minutes trying to con me by saying that they scanned my pc and I have dangerous viruses on it and that I need to download their program before it's too late. I've pop-ups kinda like this but not to this extreme. Let me explain exactly whats going on...Even when I have NO windows open and the computer is hibernating these windows still appear and they even put an unwanted wallpaper background on my computer..I've went in and deleted it three times now which only stays deleted for like 5 minutes! AAAAAH I'm going crazy! I have MacAfee security and I Windows XP! My question is does any one know How I can block this site cause I've tried and I have no clue..PLEASE HELP!

The mouse of my computer is not following any command and I can see the cursor moving up and down rapidly on the left side of the monitor automatically. I restarted the computer, but it did not help. I think that some key might have been remained pressed, which is causing problem. Or is there any other reason. Please suggest.
