If you had correctly written software, good physical security, good encryption, and good account polices on your system it would be very hard to hack into. Even if one layer was compromised the other layers should prevent access to your protected data. While it isn't completely foolproof, you can make it so an attack would take so long that it wouldn't even be worth it.

any computer can be hacked if you don't have the right security installed..

just look at the government and and other top security systems that have been hacked into.

best servers to set up for security is a Linux Network systems.. it is free...

depends ( yes on all servers) some are harder than others
