I want to save space on my C Drive, so, Can I delete my old restore points with no risks?
If there are, what are those risks? Because I had create several restore points before.
I had heard that if you delete the old restore points then you can't defragment the drive again.

Recently my computer stopped working. There is a "No Signal" display on my monitor screen when I start my PC. After several hours of replacing parts and rebuilding (custom built) the system I decided to investigate whether the monitor was the problem.

With that, I thought "Let's see what happens when I press all the buttons on my monitor!" Bad idea. My screen now shows a "Burn-in" message instead of searching for an input and flashes green, red, blue, white etc. and repeats.

I can't access the OSD (On-Screen Display) and I've tried the obvious like unplugging it and then plugging it back in. In case it matters, it's an Envision G19WLk.

Does anyone know how I can stop it from doing that?

In this case, there are 3 pcs connected to a router then to a modem. One pc is downloading and is consuming most of the line while the others are having a hard time opening a webpage.
Is there a software for this? esp that limits the consumption of the other?

Ok, iam ahving problems with my connection my dad keeps downlaoding programs and movies on his computer and when ever the program is downloading stuff I lag very bad when i play online games i lag very bad even though i ahve very good connection but whne its not downlaoding an dia hve very good connection I dont lag. And he uses is a old modem that has a wirless antena connected to it so i can get internet but i want to know how to get good connection when his program is downloading?
