Well, first of all, you would need to modify the drivers of the wireless card in your machine for it to be able to manage connections. Install a DHCP server on it as well, for people to be able to get an IP address of it and use TCP/IP. Then you would need to set up QoS daemons, software to let you do port forwarding and so on...

Or you could save yourself a world of hurt, spend ~50USD and do what the guy above said, buy a router.
