Is there a eas way to sync vista and os x?

Hey i just bought a macbook and I dont know how to sync it with my computer. I will be running osx 10.4 on the macbook and vista on my computer. I want to sync stuff like my docs and mp3s. How do i do this? Thanks for the help in advance.

i dont want just a sharing folder. example: I want my music folder on my pc to be synced with my music foler on my mac and whenerver i add/delete songs on either of my computers I want the samething to happen on the other.

share a follder on the vista box and put the files in it u want to share with the mac, and connect to that networked folder on the mac.
