I bought microsoft office 2003 student/teacher edition, but had to do a system restore on my computer b/c of a virus and i don't have my cd key. is there anyplace i can go to find it or get another one? because i didn't register with microsoft before, they said they can't help me.

I have a website that I put online via a Web Hosting Provider. For 2 years, no problem. But recently a customer called to tell me that his computer was infected by the Downloader.Trojan virus which he got by visiting my website. When I went to my website to check it out, my antivirus program warned me that the Downloader.Trojan was being blocked from my site. (I think the trojan was associated with images on my site.) I've fixed the problem by deleting all the files from the host server and uploading the virus-free files from my computer.
So my questions are (1) how is it possible for any of the files on my website, which is hosted on someone else's server, to acquire the Downloader.Trojan virus? Is their server somehow compromised? (2) Can someone other than me alter the files on their server after I've uploaded them? And (3) how can I protect my website from acquiring a virus so this doesn't happen again?

Tried playing video from CBS and Fox TV shows but I only get audio. Checked all available help options and nothing fixes the problem. Everyone else on our network has no problem playing the same shows.

This is really confusing to me. In my "save as type" scroll down menu, I only have two options. Jask Photo Shop, and All Files. I don't want either of these. I want my yahoo's "notepad" as one of the drop down choices. In easy termonology, how can I add to the drop down choices?

The icon on my desktop has changed from the blue "e" of internet explorer to just a green earth icon, and when I click on it, it gives me prompts to install an internet connection. The only way I go on to this site was through email. I accidentally erased some stuff on my computer and I think I may have erased it. So, how do I get internet explorer back so that when I click the icon on my desktop, it takes me directly to my homepage?

People at work always seem to be afraid of the network operators logging and reading instant messages that are sent. I've always been under the assumption that this wasn't possible, namely because my friend's office block AIM strictly for the reason that they couldn't monitor what was said. Could someone with knowledge on the subject help me out please? :)

I going to have to duct tape my church secretary's head from exploding if she has to use "membership plus" one more time (it's absoutly terrible) about There is nothing but ads when you search in the engines. Amazon is almost no help at all. None of the review websites have helped either.

i have a windows xp and i think a virus may have totally disabled the option of having a desktop picture. When i go into properties to change the desktop everything is gray and unable to be clicked all except for changing the color of the screen. Is there any why i can get my regular picture back?
