I am trying to play streaming video but I only hear the audio - no video. Updated WM 10 but still nothing.?

Tried playing video from CBS and Fox TV shows but I only get audio. Checked all available help options and nothing fixes the problem. Everyone else on our network has no problem playing the same shows.

or try cyberlink dvd player its free
go to www.download.com and search for cyberlink free version
