i want it to show up on the beggining section of the questions!

It didn't show up in the general section though....

You dont! It has to be categorized but it will show in general questions anyway.

They rotate in, regardless of category. Usually the first 2-3 of each category shows up on the general questions page.

I think it automatically goes to general questions, they just make you put in catergories in case some people online want to just answer specific questions.

it automatically does, just your internet is too slow to catch it. the massive amount of questions that go through there only show for a few seconds. if you really want to see it, open two windows, one to the questions main page, and one to your quesiton, ask your question, then hurry up and refresh your other page. That decision is made by the Yahoo! Answers employees board. I've had it done once. They sent me an email questioning me if they could post it. I told them that they could.
