I think i just had a conversation with a pedofile. he thought i was ten when i told him i was 20. it was just weird. And a whole bunch of other stuff i cant repeat . do i report him or something.

Report him - without hesitation. If there is any question, Yahoo can pull the old logs to see what was said. If it looks bad to them, they'll ban him or perhaps even notify authorities.
DO NOT confront the guy - you're just asking for problems.
