internet but it wont go to my homepage when i click internet it comes up isafetypage.com can someone tell me a safe free way to get rid of this problem i cleared most of the rest like the protection toolbar with AVG but i cant get my homepage please tell me a free safe way i can fix this problem thanks

I've just moved into a student house with some friends and we want to set up wireless broadband for the house. We already have a wireless router and just need to decide on a provider - all the packages I have found so far, need you to sign up for a 12-month contract but we're only going to be in the house until June and don't want to pay for it when we're no longer living there. We're looking for between 2 - 8Mb a month with a reasonable usage allowance as four of us will be using it. Any ideas? Provider needs to be in the UK. Thanks

I received this in my gmail spam box. It claimed my account was suspended and to click the link if you felt it was a misunderstanding. I clicked it and it sent me to the ebay member login and password page. I then typed in my ebay id and password and tried to login. It said it was suspended. I spoke with my brother and he said it was fake! Because I typed in my id and password does this company steal my id and password? If so, what do I do.

PROBLEM:
I may have partially friend a secondary IDE channel interface on a x86 machine, possibly by static or plugging/unplugging the ribbon cable while the motherboard was partly powered.

SYMPTOMS:
At boot, the BIOS (Phoenix, circa 2002) can't recognize anything on that channel, but sees "something" and tries for about 90 second per device - three minutes if two drives are attached.
After boot, I can open/close the tray, and dmesg reports the drive ID, but it remains inaccessible.

GOAL
I would like to see if it's really hardware-gone or if there's some strange firmware setting somewhere that can be fixed. I'd prefer to save this IDE channel to any alternative I can think of, such as putting CD and HD on primary, or getting a PCI IDE/PATA interface card.
