internet but it wont go to my homepage when i click internet it comes up isafetypage.com can someone tell me a safe free way to get rid of this problem i cleared most of the rest like the protection toolbar with AVG but i cant get my homepage please tell me a free safe way i can fix this problem thanks

If your homepage won't come up, you are likely hijacked. This isn't a virus, but spyware. You need to download, update and run Spybot S&D and/or Lavasoft's Ad-aware.

Run anti virus and anti spy programs in safe mode after you have turned off system restore. Only turn system restore back on after you have erradicated the malware. Use two or three anti spyware programs but only one anti virus to avoid conflicts. Then set your home page everything should be ok. Lesson learned,don't install third party toolbars unless it's ebay,Yahoo or google. 99% of the toolbars are full of spy and Adware.

Ur computer is most probably affected by adwares and trojans. I got the same problem a couple of weeks back. Try doing a scan with Adware SE- that shd root out all those nonsensical spywares. Hopes this helps.

You can remove computer virus from your computer by following these steps . 1 Download and intall the Malwarebytes on your computer . 2 Update your Malwarebytes . 3 Scan your computer for all the malwares in your computer . 4 Remove all the malwares , found while scanning with the malwarebytes . 5 Restart your computer .
