Hi I need to know if it is possible to hook up Yahoo email to Microsoft Outlook. If so? Can someone please give me step by step intructions? ~Thank You!

I am looking for a good free program that will clean my registry of all the junk that I have installed over the years. I am reluctant to reformat as It has taken so much time to get my XP setup the way I like it.

I would also appreciate any other hints and tips to clean out my system other than removing files and organizing my documents folder and the regular system tools from xp such as disk cleanup and defrag, etc.

Is Kaspersky too slow ? I am runnning it for around 33 minutes .
Also an update is going which is slow as well .
So far only 1% has been scanned in my computer and I think this machines is decent - it takes 20 mts for AVG to finish the scan .
This is the first scan with Kaspersky
Can u guys share ur experince with Kaspervsky

The table I have in word is very wordy and large. Excel doesn't appear to support it. There are 8 columns and a large amount of rows.

2 of my computers have been shutting down in the mist of working on them- no warning- just a complete black screen. After going through the start-up process the main computer would black-out and reboot and the other computer would reboot and stay up for a hour or so. I took the main computer to a repair shop and replaced the hard drive and memory. At the computer shop for 1 week, the computer did not shut down-AT ALL. After returning the main computer home during the starting up process the computer continued to shut down. I ever took the main computer room to room in my apartment and it continued to do that same thing. I brought a new computer and the new computer also continued to shut down as well. I took the computers to a friend's home and both of the computers booted up with no problems. I live in an apartment for 9 years and has never had a problem with electrical power. The TV’s, stereos and clock are not affected, how is this possible?

I am looking for computers both real world, and online, as well as the worth of my own computer. I'm thinking breaking it down to parts, and adding it up. New a little higher than new parts, used a little less.

I wish there was like and appraise-Bay (play on eBay) where people could say what they'd pay, and then average it out or something.

Every time I log onto the internet the winantivirus and error detector pages pop up or take over the page I am on. I havent downloaded the programs but they are clearly imbedded in my computer! How in the world do I get them off of my computer so they dont keep freezing my internet programs and making my computer 'think' all the time...?

I'd like to downlaod a zip file from zShare,
but when I visit the website, what I see is always nothing but a smile picture.
I know that lots of people use this space to store their files,
so I hope someone could help me with this problem.

I just got DSL from SBC/Yahoo and before I put their crap on my computer, it was running fine... Now I put the stuff they told me to put on on it and it has slowed my computer way the heck down... It takes me about 3 minutes just to log in without the thing loading any programs... with the programs, it takes about 6 more minutes... I have plenty of space on there... So how can I make it faster?

Somehow when he tried to hook it back it, the computer overheated or something as some of the wires inside melted, they are ones that plug into the back of the hard drive I think, now we can not get the computer to work without overheating, is there anyone on here who knows much about computers and maybe can tell me what happened and if there is a way to fix it. It worked great other than being slow before this now it won't do anything.

I have a motherboard with 24 pines of power cord but my power supply has only 20. In despite of that i made the connection (4 pines not connected) and it worked. I wonder if this may be the cause of these failures on booting the system some times. Also one time a blue screen appeared saying something with my hardware or software could be wrong.

I just bought new ink cartridges and printer will not print in color, the type of printer cartridges is the recycled staples brand for this type printer and the black cartridge is working. I have the setting on automatic color. Any Ideas?
