Hi I need to know if it is possible to hook up Yahoo email to Microsoft Outlook. If so? Can someone please give me step by step intructions? ~Thank You!

Yes you *can* - and you used to be able to do so.
Not anymore, though. I attempted this just last night (used to have it set up years ago on another computer) but Yahoo! now requires you to buy their premium service to be allowed to forward POP mail accounts to Outlook or other email programs.
Hotmail is the same way now (pay, or no forwarding ability).
My Gmail account, however, I was able to set up last night with no problems.
So unless you want to pay for Yahoo! mail, you can no longer do this.

no you can't...yahoo e:mail is web based, outlook (express)is a client server.
