Error message is The ordinal 3171 could not be located in the
dynamic link library LIBEAY32.dll. Have tried reinstalling Acer enet management but error still persists.

If I have the wrong version of libeay32.dll how do i find the right version?

This is probably because you have the wrong version of libeay32.dll and ssleay32.dll in c:\windows\system32.
You should try to remember which program you installed just before the issue appeared. This situation may be complex to solve because you probably have two programs requiring different versions of those library files and you may have to make a definite choice between them.
