I am looking for computers both real world, and online, as well as the worth of my own computer. I'm thinking breaking it down to parts, and adding it up. New a little higher than new parts, used a little less.

I wish there was like and appraise-Bay (play on eBay) where people could say what they'd pay, and then average it out or something.

Computers are not priced in terms of value, rather in terms of market value. You could find 200 places that say your pentium 4 is worth 100 but if no one is willing to pay more than 20.0 its pretty obvious what the correct answer is. Trying to sell a used computer for "what its worth" is impossible.

You can also get a good sense of what a computer is worth by searching eBay. The "buy it now" prices reflect what the sellers think they are worth, the actual auctions reflect what people are actually willing to pay for it. (I know, "duh").
